What the contact form collects

Name, company, phone, email, your payroll system if you choose to tell us, and anything you write about your project. We use it to reply to you about certified payroll services. That is the whole use.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your information. We do not run advertising trackers. Form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to us by email.

Client payroll data

Payroll files clients send us for filing preparation are handled outside this website, encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to prepare the client's filings, and never sold or shared. Social Security numbers are masked on every artifact exactly as the government forms require.
